This beautiful acoustic was handmade in West Gippsland, Australia, using all Australian tone woods! One strum and you'll understand: this is one of the best-sounding small builder acoustics we've come across. It has a King Billy Pine top, Blackwood back and sides, a Blackwood and Mountain Gray Gum three-piece neck, and a beautiful Burnt Copper pickguard. We've included a photo of the spec sheet and a statement from the builder, Steve Brown, for those interested.
The guitar has a clear, crisp tone with a beautiful resonance and plays like a dream! We think potential buyers should be aware: this guitar does not have a truss rod, but the setup right now is perfect and it has plenty of room on its bone saddle for adjustment.
