This vintage Gibson thinline electric archtop was the signature model of guitarists Billy Byrd and Hank Garland, and the name "Byrdland" is a portmanteau of their names! These things are well-loved by many Gibson fans (especially jazz players) for their warm humbuckers and their narrower, smooth-playing necks.
This particular Byrdland has had a recent refret and plays fantastic! Whether you are a collector or going to use it on the road, this guitar is definitely special!
